Duties and Responsibilities:

- Sample ordering and delivery arrangement with suppliers

- Responsible for sample packing and shipment process

- Coordinate with both internal and external parties

- To handle sample inventory control and related documentation

Requirements:

- Form 5 or above with minimum 3 years working experience

- Excellent PC skills with proficiency in MS Excel

- Experience in ERP system preferred

- Able to work independently with tight deadlines

- Team player, analytical, numerical and detail oriented

- Immediate available is highly preferred

- Location: Wong Chuk Hang
