Training Specialist

Job Duties:

• Responsible for designing and revamping training programs / materials to enhance sales management skills and sales quality
• Deliver various trainings to sales forces including managerial level and frontline Sales
• Assist in developing e-training and evaluating the training effectiveness

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• 3 years of relevant experience in Insurance/ banking industry, preferred in Sales forces environment
• Strong presentation, communication and coaching skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Candidates with more sales training experience will be considered for Senior Specialist
• Experience Sales are welcome to join training team
