Our clients are Top Urgently looking for suitable candidates for the posts of Operation Supervisor (Key Account - Sea freight) / Operation Clerk (Air freight).

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in daily outbound operation, mainly export documents to US Tradelane;
• Communicate with internal & overseas customers or vendors to ensure a smooth running of the process;
• Experience in trading industry & pre-shipment planning work experience (export from Asia Pacific & Sub-Continental countries);
• Supervise team members to meet customers’ KPIs;
• Experience in handling Key Accounts, PO Management & Buyer’s Consolidation will be a definite advantage;
• Handle complaints and develop corrective measurement;
• Prepare month-end analysis report.

Clerk Responsibilities:

• Follow up on shipments coordination with overseas customers and vendors enquiries;
• Able to handle full set of airfreight export shipments and filing;
• Familiar with RAR Program, DG Awareness, E-booking Knowledge, Tradelink Related System will be an advantage.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Supply Chain / Logistics or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 - 5 years working experience in Forwarder industries is required.
• ***Supervisor working in Ocean Freight department will be an advantage 
• Self-motivated, creative and able to work independently.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient PC skills (word , excel ) .
• Immediately available or Short notice is preferred .
