Job Description
- To manage manufacturing plant of China focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity by implementing continuous improvement actions.
- Responsibilities are including but not limited to for manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, EHS functions etc..
- Excellent time and daily management skills by taking initiative/leading to coach and development others
- Have a sense of urgency and you are a result driver and team player.
- 10+Years' experience in an international manufacturing environment
- good understanding of manufacturing management is must as well as the experience in managing an operation in China.
- Knowledge of daily management and lean concepts in a dynamic manufacturing environment is preferred.
Requirements:
- University degree or above inEngineering
- Over 10+ years' experiences in plastic/molding related manufacturing/operations with at least 8 years in factory management, customs, tax and administration
- Strong leadership, diligent, excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
- P&L responsible, business and result oriented
- Station in PRC
