Job description:

• Able to handle independently full set of shipping documents, import & export documents for trans-shipment, switch B/L, etc.
• Issue sales invoice to customer. Data entry. Document filling
• Responsible for handling orders raised and processing within time frame, and keep track on order status on daily basis
• Providing professional service to customer, follow up customer orders. Coordinate with customer, freight forwarder, factory and internal department for shipment arrangement
• Follow up with carriers to insure timely dispatch

Requirement

• F.5 graduated with LCC Higher or above
• 3 years experience or above in shipping field for China factory
• 1 year accounting working experience
• Business level of read and written English and Chinese
• Good computer skill (MS office, Outlook, tradelink software)
• Responsible, self-motivated.
• Willing to work under pressure and overtime when necessary
• Preferable immediately available
