Our client is a Top quality organization with regional headquarters here in Hong Kong to go with a very well established retail network through out the region. They are now looking to bring on board a dynamic individual who has excellent communication skills and a established track record within the luxury industry to manage a team of experienced sales. Our client prides on it's retail service excellence and will be open to junior candidates who has shown potential to fast track their career in to a management role. Depending on the experience of the candidate they will be managing multiple locations and potentially be working very closely with the Education Manager.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop store staff
• Strong understanding of business strategies and full responsibility of the PnL
• Ensure office and management are operating within company guidelines, company policy and procedures as outlined in the Store Operations Manual
• Ensure that all daily business operations are completed
• Accountable for inventory control and merchandising
• Ensure the proper training of all employees, providing product knowledge, and a clear understanding of performance expectations
• Maintain effective communication with corporate teams
• Work closely with VM and Marketing teams as required
