Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project coordination and project administration works
- To liaise with legal parties and following
- To follow up insurance claim (e.g. Employee Compensation & Contractor All Risk)
- Assist to handle the site labour wage issues
- Responsible for administration work of ISO 9001 &14001 Integrated Management System Audit and audit issue
- Assist in marketing submission
- To hand Macau employment and work permit
- To assist Management for ad hoc projects
- To perform general secretarial duties
- Responsible for site office set up
Requirements:
- Degree or above in any discipline
- Minimum of 3 year experiences in fitting-out project management
- Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua is a must
- Proficiency in Ms Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Well-organized, able to work independently in fast-paced environment and under pressure, strong sense of responsibility and willing to lean
- Immediately available is highly preferred
