Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project coordination and project administration works
• To liaise with legal parties and following
• To follow up insurance claim (e.g. Employee Compensation & Contractor All Risk)
• Assist to handle the site labour wage issues
• Responsible for administration work of ISO 9001 &14001 Integrated Management System Audit and audit issue
• Assist in marketing submission
• To hand Macau employment and work permit
• To assist Management for ad hoc projects
• To perform general secretarial duties
• Responsible for site office set up

 Requirements:

• Degree or above in any discipline
• Minimum of 3 year experiences in fitting-out project management
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua is a must
• Proficiency in Ms Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Well-organized, able to work independently in fast-paced environment and under pressure, strong sense of responsibility and willing to lean
• Immediately available is highly preferred
