The Job:

An exciting opportunity has surfaced for an experienced and passionate expert to join the Recruitment Team in the Leadership Development section.  Reporting to General Manager – Leadership Development, your function will include but not limited to:

• Responsible for the recruitment strategy to employ high potential graduates into our Management Trainee and Summer Internship programmes
• Design an Employee Value Proposition and bring this to life through the candidate experience
• Manage multiple channels and communication materials for promoting the programmes to our target audience; career site, social media platforms, job boards, career talks, marketing collateral
• Design and manage the recruitment process for both the Management Trainee and Summer Internship programme
• Design and deliver a pre and onboarding experience that is on brand and engaging
• Manage projects to enhance the candidate experience E.g. crystallizing an EVP, introducing a new E-recruit platform, technology to enhance the onboarding experience
• Analyse recruitment metrics to facilitate decision making and process improvement
• Manage the recruitment budget
• Manage and develop two direct reports

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources or related field
• 8-10 years’ HR experience, with a focus on recruitment
• Experience in graduate recruitment and employer branding an advantage
• Experience in managing people
• Strong interpersonal skills, planning, organising, and drive for results
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
