-Good command of both spoken English and Chinese
-Prepare curriculum and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Expected to be highly responsive to the needs and wants of parents, be courteous at all time,and maintain excellent two way communication                                                                                                              -Good organization skills and able to manage their time effectively, prioritizing their tasks and carrying them out in a timely manner                                                                                                                               -Computer literate
