Post : Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible on department performance, efficiency and operator’s efficiency, line balancing and capacity planning, headcount requirement, quality status, and excess cost.

1. Handle productivity improvement, process flow, layout arrangement, machine analysis, work method improvement& process engineering.
2. Responsible for training / SOP & Work aids / reengineering
3. Other special assignments, just like setting up payment system , incentive system , reporting system, etc

Requirements: - Degree in industrial Engineering or related subject

- 5 year experience in IE practices in sports / bag manufacturing

- Thorough understand and demonstrate knowledge of Method Study and Work Study

- Knowledge in manufacturing process of sports / bag would be added advantage

- In depth knowledge and working experience manufacturing in Lean Six Sigma

- Proficiency in PC operations, including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing

- Strong sense of responsibility

- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese

- Self-initiative and willing to work under pressure

- Immediate available is preferred

- Alternative week, bank holidays.
