- Perform general reception duties and manage the reception area
- Responsible for handling general office administration work, such as courier services
- Provide administration service to office
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents
- Have some knowledge of accounting will be an advantage
- Assist Manager to handle ad hoc projects
Job Requirements
- F.5 or above
- 1 year working experience is an advantage, fresh graduate is also welcome
- Good communication skill, cheerful and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing)
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin
