Responsibilities

• Assist in the launches of product and marketing promotions
• Render supports for product development and enhancement
• Manage and execute marketing, retention and redemption programs
• Assist in program evaluation and effectiveness monitoring
• Conduct regular market analysis and advise insights for enhancement of Company’s products
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• University degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 3-5 years’ solid marketing experience in retail banking industry with sound knowledge in customer lending products
• Self-motivated with good market sense
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese & English
