Responsibilities:

• Answer all the incoming calls & email professionally to provide information on our services
• Assisting with billing, booking and mailing system operations, ensuring accuracy and efficient service delivery
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests
• Providing excellent customer services & maintain good relationship with our customers

Requirement:

Education: Associate Degree or above

Communication skill: Proficiency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a MUST

Personality: Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, good organizational skills, positive attitude and sense of humor

Working Experience: 1 + or above experience in front office / customer service (Exp in Hotel will be an advantage)

Identity: Hong Kong Residence is a MUST
