Main purpose of the role

• Network and Infrastructure specialist for the APAC Region. Main focus is back office but also assists on shop related network/infrastructure issues
• To provide back office help desk support

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure and network for all offices and shops located in APAC area, including internet, telecommunication devices and related equipment
• Provide local offices and shops support with the followings but not limited to: helpdesk support, user requests, IT policy update, documentation
• Provide daily operations, maintenance, improvement and troubleshooting of existing hardware and infrastructure included system and network
• Work with HQ ICT Infrastructure team to ensure standards, updates, policies are correctly applied
• Work with HQ ICT Team to prepare, coordinate & deploy new local or global system and related operations such as manage domain email accounts for all offices and shops users
• Install and setup for shop opening and renovation
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Qualifications & Specifications

• Degree holder in computer science or related disciplines
• 3 years or more experience as IT helpdesk support (1st and 2nd level support) and an experienced infrastructure administrator, retail experience is a big plus
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Windows server system/network architecture environment such as Active Directory / Exchange / Windows OS
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco equipment, NAS storage and backup solution
• Good team player with good communications and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic and creative self-starter, proactive and reliable
• Good Command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
