Job summary:

• Provide technical support and user training for local and remote sites
• Coordinate support teams from different sites to provide in-house IT services
• Assist in latest cloud technology adoption including Office 365 and VPN setup
• Monitor, maintain and improve in IT infrastructure performance
• Analyze on new IT projects and prepare various technical documents
• Responsible for IT equipments procurement

Responsibility:

• Deploy and Maintain Office 365 to all offices
• Ensure smooth transition from prior office version and ongoing maintenance of Office 365 to all offices
• Analyze on new IT projects and prepare various technical documents
• Propose, analyze and prepare documents for new IT projects, such as Cloud drive ,end user backup and VPN solutions
• Monitor, maintain and improve in IT infrastructure performance
• Maintain overall network performance and stability to meet the company expansion
• Provide technical support and training for local and remote sites
• Provide 2^nd Tier helpdesk support and coaching for 1^st Tier support staffs. End user training may required
•  Responsible for IT equipments procurement
•  Source and propose on the new purchase of IT equipments

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ solid working experience in IT support and server administration
• Experience in MS product upgrade and MNC exposure is a definite advantage
• Knowledge and experience in Office 365, VPN, Hyper-V, MS AD, MS Exchange,  GPO, Cloud Technology
• Frequent travel is required
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
