Job summary:

• Responsible for system analysis, design, integration and support of ERP projects
• Analyze user requirements and perform technical analysis
• Perform programming, testing and debugging
• Coordinate the customization project with software vendor
• Provide daily application support and system maintenance
• Perform user training and compile technical documentation

Responsibilities:

• Analyze user requirements; perform technical analysis and system implementation
• Handle user’s system enhancement requests. Propose and implement them to the system with appropriate enhancement solution
• Coordinate the customization project with software vendor
• Understanding and assess the customization made by software vendor. Get those technical details as a base to handle future in-house development tasks
• Provide daily end user system support and configuration on ERP system
• Provide on-going user training and new comer and corresponding documentation on ERP system

Requirement:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years’ solid working experience in system development
• Experience in NetSuite development environment is a definite advantage
• Familiar with the web development technologies, e.g. XML, HTML/XHTML,CSS, Javascript, AJAX
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work independently
