The Requirements are :

• Execute IT operation tasks for various IT systems in an accurate manner such as batch job running, report printing, system backup, logs monitoring, etc.
• Handle IT helpdesk enquiries and support desktop software usage for internal users
• Assist in remote site setup, relocation, network trouble shooting and tasks execution
• Support team for handling IT reports/documents/projects
• Perform shift duty in data centre operations
• Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related disciplines
• At least 2 years' experience in AS 400 & equivalent system operation, job execution, monitoring and Windows related applications support
• Excellent customer service manner and communication skills
• Self-motivated, good team player, able to work independently and provide result with good quality
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
