Our client is a Worldwide construction company and they are looking for Junior IT Support Engineers to strengthen their existing IT team, the role will require to travel to different working sites but will be working under a safe environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support on HK IT Infrastructure
• Responsible for daily support operation including health check, monitor & maintenance
• Implement IT infrastructure Network and Systems
• Responsible for designing solution architecture, assessing risks
• Perform ad hoc project as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma holders or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Server & Network support
• Hands on experience on Cisco Router / Switch / Firewall / WIFI / IP Phone & VC system
• Hands on experience on Windows Server, VMware, SAN environment
• Good knowledge on LAN / WAN / VLAN / MPLS / Routing protocols
• Citrix, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Holder of MCSE and CCNA is an advantage
• Strong trouble-shooting and Problem-solving skills
• Good communication skill & Self-motivated
• Immediate available is preferred
