Responsibilities:

• Establish, maintain and daily monitoring the servers, office network, computers and applications to no disruption to business and operations.
• Support on-site software & hardware installation, repair and maintain the operation in office and IDC.
• Manage IT asset and server hardware inventory.
• Documentation of network and IT infrastructure.
• Co-work with Mainland China and Overseas colleagues to implement local and overseas network structure and management.
• Handle ad-hot tasks & troubleshoot application and networking problems.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for different IT related issues.
• Weekend support and occasional night job are required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year solid experience on IT and Server support experiences.
• General knowledge in IT security and common monitoring tools.
• Solid experience in hardware & software troubleshooting, Microsoft Windows Server (Active Directory), Linux & Network.
• Solid experience on LAN / WAN management and support.
• Knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN networks.
• Acquired VMware, CCNA, CCNP & other IT related certificates is an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure with self-motivation and able to work independently.
• Able to provide 7 x 24 standby support and work overtime.
