Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day operation and responsible for team supervision and development, such as training and briefing for the team members
• Provide regular feedback on the operation matters
• Manage the team in relation to scheduling, allocating resources and related research materials
• Ensure the projects are deliver in good quality
• Execute data collection from operation
• Handling of fieldwork reporting
• Work on multiple projects with variable
• Ad hoc initiatives as assigned by management from time to time
• Shift duty: 2pm to 10:30pm

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Fast learner and can work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills
• At least 1-3 years working experience in supervisory level with related experience in FMCG/Retail industry
• Fieldwork experience will be an advantage
• Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Able to start work immediately would be preferred
• Fresh graduates with good learning attitude are welcomed!
