Reporting Line:

• Direct report to General Manager

• Supervise the Design Director together with the President to oversee the Design Department

• Supervise the Sampling Manager, Finance & HR Supervisor together with Headquarter

Responsibilities:

• To oversee, monitor and execute the company strategic plans so as to ensure they are well carried out

• Prepare yearly budget for R&D Center according to Headquarter’s and brand’s development plan

• Develop policies and procedures for Headquarter’s approval and ensure they will be duly complied

• Oversee and coordinate the recruitment, attendance, appraisal and other HR & finance administrative duties

• Monitor the procurement of sample fabric and follow up the contract with suppliers, and the production status of sample collection

• Responsible for the safety management of R&D Center’s asset and capital

• Responsible for communicate and coordinate work with external parties

• Participate the buying appointments and new collection presentations, etc

Requirements:

• Stationed in Taiwan and travel to China is required

• Minimum 8 years of management level work experience in high-end fashion

• Sound knowledge in fashion and clothing industry

• Solid management experience in design, sampling and production departments

• Strong organization, coordination, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills

• Good integrity and professionalism
