Job Duties:

• Handle business development & sales in Asia Pacific region
• Plan and implement business development strategies for expansion and development of new sales channels.
• Responsible for the sales target achievement and maintain strong customer relationship.
• Lead a small team to grow on current sales administration activities and develop new accounts.
• Monitor internal and external presentation materials and perform sales analysis and market intelligence for management review
• Handles and resolves the customer complaints regarding the sales and service.
• Monitor and manage all sales operations.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or above
• Fluent in Mandarin, Chinese and English.
• Experience in sales management, preferably experience in ODM / Branded Watch or Jewelry
• Experience in export sales in global markets.
• Good sales and marketing network in the industry
• Possess successful track record in sales and profit performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, aggressive and results driven.
