Job Description: 

- Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business support staff

- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors

- Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager

- Typically does not spend more than 20% of time performing the work supervised

- Applies management skills to improve efficiency and accomplish operational objectives within own unit

- Identifies and resolves day-to-day technical and operational problems

- Is accountable for the performance of a team

- Makes decisions guided by policies, procedures and own business plan that impact the efficiency and effectiveness of own unit and other units with interrelated processes

 - Performs work in support of brand plans; demonstrates link between daily work and company mission; participates in initiatives, program or products with low visibility

- Ensures actions protect company image and limits risks

- Actions impacting company image require management oversight and are constrained by policies 

- Sets priorities for employees to meet daily deadlines; develops plans to meet short-term objectives

- Works within budgetary/financial objectives set by manager

Key Job Accountabilities:

– Plans the work of employees with a daily or short term focus. Supervises employees and sets individual goals. Coaches staff, supports development and provides significant input into hiring decisions, performance management recognition and rewards

- Assist Store Manager by managing one or more of the store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting, etc.) or by managing a particular floor/business in a large volume store.

- Perform all store management functions in absence of Store Manager

- May have direct supervision of Dept. Managers, associates and/or Customer Service

- Prepare statistical and narrative reports of store activities

- May communicate with GMM/Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance

- Assist SM in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience and implementing/executing global and regional programs to drive business results.

Requirements:

• Store in-charge experience preferred. 
• Energetic, team player and service oriented.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Interested in sports.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
