Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales target by planning and executing sales strategies in the assigned Key Account (Cosmetic Chains and variety department stores).
• Monitor sales activities to ensure all sales plans are executed on scheduled.
• Maintain good relationship with assigned key accounts through daily communication
• Perform sales analysis to review sales performance and plan for appropriate sales activities based on company’s policies and respective brands’ strategic directions

Requirements

• University graduate
• At least 2 years solid sales experience in handling Key Accounts, preferably in Cosmetic Chainstores
• Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
• Good command of spoken and written English, knowledge of Japanese will be an advantage
• Strong in planning, organizing and coordination
• Strong communication and negotation skills
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned with good problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, outgoing, aggressive and a good team player
