Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projection, and monthly management reports for overseas investments;
• Perform monthly operating expenses review and variance analyses, monitor capital expenditure;
• Develop short-term and long-term financial model and business scenarios to support business growth;
• Identify risks and business opportunities and providing recommendations to the management;
• Assist in the preparation of interim and annual reports, and coordinate notices, announcements and circulars in compliance with the Listing Rules and other statutory requirements;
• Participate in the company's ongoing M&A activities and due diligence efforts;
• To perform ad-hoc analyses and additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline;
• CFA/CPA holders are highly preferred;
• At least 6 years of experience with 3 solid years of supervision;
• Previous working experience in investment banking or Big 4 is a huge plus;
• Excellent knowledge on accounting standards, budgeting and auditing processes;
• Strong strategic, financial planning and business analysis experience with excellent business acumen;
• Willing to work under pressure, deliver results and meet tight deadlines;
• Western Culture candidates who are currently working in HK are well come to apply.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English is a must, knowledge of Chinese would be an advantage;
