Responsibilities:

1. Handle full set of accounts and month/year end closing for Type 1,2,4,6 & 9 licensed business
2. Prepare SFC reporting and compliance (liquid capital monitoring, FRR and other regulatory filings)
3. Ensure timely financial reporting to management
4. In-depth knowledge of SFO and apply in daily accounting operations
5. Monitor daily financial functions, including cash flow management, business analysis, ad hoc reporting, tax related issues and budget control
6. Prepare daily reconciliation and day-end closing
7. Handle annual budget, planning, forecasting and monthly operational review report
8. Support and ensure the completion of annual financial audit
9. Liaise with internal / external parties on accounting and related matters
10. Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects whenever necessary

 Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with minimum 5 years working experience in Securities/Futures firms
2. Professional qualification in HKICPA or ACCA is an advantage
3. Sound knowledge in SFC / HKEx rules and regulations
4. Soild experience in securities & futures accounting, FRR and margin financing is a must
5. Working experience in SFC regulated activities in Type 1,2 and 9 is preferred
6. Proficient in ET Trade system and Peachtree is an advantage
7. Able to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines
8. Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capability
9. Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua
