Responsibilities:

1. Handle and follow up of account opening documents and procedures
2. Provide comprehensive and professional support to our clients
3. Provide basic daily support to various departments, such as dealing, settlement and compliance
4. Manage and update clients database
5. Handle clients' enquiries and complaints via telephone, email or face-to-face
6. Maintain good relationship with clients
7. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

1. Diploma or above with minimum 2 years of customer service experience
2. Holder of Representative License under SFC for Type 1 & 2 regulated activities or qualified to be a Type 1 & 2 licensed representative
3. Possess strong customer service and problem solving skills
4. Good interpersonal skills, proactive and customer-oriented
5. Be able to work independently and under pressure
6. Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
7. Good command of spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer.
