For SFC Type 2 -

Responsibilities:

1. Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 2 regulated activity
2. Formulate, review and update the Company's policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance
3. Responsible for the monitoring of daily business and financial operations
4. Provide advise and support to management on futures daily operations in compliance with all relevant regulated requirements and applicable laws as well as due diligence execution
5. Establish proper documentation of all regulated activities and assist in communicating with regulatory bodies
6. Formulate the company's investment strategy and oversee the investment of the company
7. Liaise with SFC and other regulators regarding investment products and licensing matters
8. Comply with applicable laws, codes, rules and regulations and standard of good market practices

 Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Economics, Finance or related disciplines with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
2. Current holder of SFC RO license for Type 2 preferred; experienced Licensed Rep will also be considered
3. Solid experience and understanding of Front-end trading (including securities and futures) operation and control
4. Experience and understanding of Middle and Back office operations
5. Sound knowledge of HKEx listing rules, SFO, SFC codes and guidelines, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management controls
6. Strong analytical, leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff and external parties
7. Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua
8. Immediate available is highly preferred

For SFC Type 9 -

Responsibilities:

1. Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 9 regulated activity
2. Strategise, supervise and implement the Company's fund business
3. Familiar with various types of investment products and lead new fund product launch
4. Setup, plan and manage private equity or other fund structures
5. Manage portfolio, conduct research analysis to support portfolio investment decisions
6. Monitor, review and update daily operations & regulated activities in compliance with SFC regulations
7. Liaise with SFC and other regulators regarding investment products and licensing matters
8. Formulate, review and update the operational procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Economics, Finance, Accountancy or related disciplines with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
2. Current holder of SFC RO license for Type 9 preferred; experienced Licensed Rep will also be considered
3. With solid experience in asset management relating to portfolio management
4. Hands on experience in back office operation and familiar with SFC rules and requirements
5. Good financial market knowledge and strong compliance sense
6. Strong analytical, leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff and external parties
7. Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua
8. Immediate available is highly preferred
