Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordination with clients, architects and assist in preparing sketches and drawings for proposals for potential projects
- Façade design and detailing will be the key responsibility and also able to provide advice and lead the team of junior designers with correct technical guidelines
- Monitor Project programmes and ensures compliance to Contract Condition
Requirements
- Experience dealing with mainland Chinese developers
- Interest and experience with designing Envelopes, including Façades and roofs,
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino, Grasshopper and Adobe Suite
