Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Able to handle full set of accounts including AP, AR and daily operation
- AR/AP Control and maintain proper documentation of financial records
- Responsible for daily accounting operations including prepare vouchers and payments
- Handle invoices, account statements and reports
- Assist in month-end closing includes reconciliation and analysis preparation
- Travelling required ( SZ China)
- Perform Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma
- Minimum 2 years experience of relevant financial accounting
- Proficient in Peachtree ,Microsoft Excel and Word Office
- Good command in English, Mandarin
- Detailed-minded, numeracy with high level of accuracy
- Self-motivated, well-organized and with sense of responsibility
- Immediately available is preferred
