Purpose:

• Strengthen our Finance & Administration team as a support and service function for our companies.

Major Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for finance & admin tasks involving our two companies (legal entities)
• Handle account receivables and payables, sales commission
• Work closely with and assist our Senior Accountant in all Finance, HR & Administration matters
• Manage all related accounting tasks including monthly & annual PL and B/S
• Handle cash flow with planning
• Assets Management and general office administration

Reporting line:

• Senior Accountant

Requirements:

• Handle full set of account with minimum 1-2 years’ experience in commercial accounting is preferred
• LCC intermediate with High diploma or above
• Strong computer knowledge - good use of MS Office
• Knowledge of MYOB and stock arrangement is an advantage
• Fluency (verbal / writing) in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Detailed mind, high responsibility, independence
• Good time management and highly efficient in daily work
• Good interpersonal communication skills and a team player
• Fresh graduate are also welcomed
