• Create beautiful layouts to support findings and concepts
• Support proposal preparations and presentations for existing and new clients
• Ensure high quality project delivery
• Advocate innovations and always bring in new technology to challenge default practices

Requirements 

Mid – Senior UX Designer  

• 5-6 years minimum experience as one or multiple of the following preferred: Information Architect, Interaction Designer or Visual Designer
• UX design, consulting experience and a demonstrable portfolio across a variety of large B2B and/or B2C clients
  
• Good knowledge of graphic packages for communicating experience deliverables
• Good knowledge on latest web and mobile technologies
• Understanding of the technical capabilities of HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript
• Strong client presentation and visual communication style, excellent verbal and written skills mandatory as well as strong client management skills
• Strong understanding and passion for digital technologies, trends and design
• Occasional travel as needed for client presentations and meetings
• Must be a team player 

Junior - UX Designer

• 2 or more years of experience
• Good knowledge of UX/UI Design
• Bursting with creative energy, ideas and enthusiasm
• Creative thinking, paired with analytical ability
• Natural design talent and good design skills
• Problem solving and communication skills
• Strong team player
• Qualification in design or related discipline
