Responsibilities

• General office work including filing and handling emails
• Prepare and handle sales catalog, quotations and purchase orders to suppliers
• Ensure and follow-up suppliers deliveries
• Clear import goods through customs
• Ensure freight forwarders supply correct documents
• Liaise with logistics drivers to ensure goods delivered on time
• Full support to Sales team and Accounting

Requirements

• Secondary 6, 1 year experience
• LCCI Intermediate or above
• Able to read & write in both Chinese & English
• Competent in MS Excel & Word, Typing in Chinese and English, with attention to detail
• Previous experience in a Construction / Engineering Company is an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
• Self-motivated with a good working attitude, able to copy with many tasks at once
• Able to work under pressure while maintain a high level of accuracy
• Effective interpersonal and communications skills
• Immediate start preferred
