Responsibilities:    

• Provide secretarial support to General Manager
• Handle correspondence independently
• Ensure and follow-up suppliers matters
• Full support to the management

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, with formal secretarial training is an advantage
• At least 1-3 year experience in Construction/Engineering Company is a must
• Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Competent in MS Excel & Word, Typing in Chinese and English, with attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
• Self-motivated with a good working attitude, able to handle multiple tasks
• Able to work under pressure while maintain a high level of accuracy
• Immediate start preferred
