• Working with the team to identify and develop key policy areas, and continuous review of current policies and procedures.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation; assists with policy roll-out
• Conduct the recruitment and selection activities in a manner to ensure that the most suitable candidate is selected for the right position in a time and cost effective manner.
• Manage on going recruitment to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service within expected time frame and without compromising quality. 
• Conduct interviews and assessment tests and ensure that all candidates are being assessed and selected as per the standard, guidelines and organizational recruitment strategy.
• Design and conduct assessment tests, negotiate, employment offers, perform background verification, attend job fairs, internal and external recruitment advert and marketing.
• Support HR Manager – Recruitment in ensuring effective recruitment practices are in place that support overall organizational objectives while ensuring generation and monitoring of recruitment KPIs and report.
• Evaluate external market conditions and internal staffing trends in order to recommend changes to the human resource staffing requirements in line with best industry practices.
• Support HR Manager – Recruitment to project current and future organization – wide staffing requirements as per the organizational structure and goals and maintain staffing benchmarks as per
• industry standards.
• Formulate employee and employer branding strategy and in consultation with the recruitment team ensure that all activities and initiatives pertaining to employee branding are initiated and completed on time.
• Based on employee attrition and turnover trends, suggest changes to management in staffing strategies.

• Bachelor's Degree; degree in Business / Management / Psychological Course
• At least 2 years experience in policy creation.
• Well-versed with Philippine Labor Law
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate recruitment experience recruiting large scale of applicants and job vacancies, preferably within the same industry, casino resort industry.
• Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying and placing executive level candidates.
• Proficient in identifying and utilizing alternative sourcing / recruitment method.
• Extensive experience developing and executing fully comprehensive recruitment plans through advertisement and marketing projects.
• High proficiency in English both written and spoken.
