Job Description

• Provide IT helpdesk support for internal staff
• Handle network support, hardware installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Participate in the implementation of office common software and email related projects such as enhancement of systems
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirement

• Secondary Graduate, Higher  Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology is preferred
• Experience in Windows support, hardware/software troubleshooting
• Hands-on in PC, printer peripheral equipment maintenance and repairs
• Knowledge in email client platform such as Lotus Note or Microsoft Exchange is highly advantage
• Min. 1-2 years working experience in IT support
• Good communications skill and self-motivated
• Daily Travel to Shenzhen Office (just 5 mins from Lo Wu border to Shenzhen Shangri-la Hotel)

Remarks

• Job location : Shenzhen Office
• Working days per week : 5 days / 6 days (subject to workload)
• Working hours : 09:30 – 17:30
