Main Responsibilities

• Plan and organize the Company’s marketing and PR campaigns;
• Prepare various Company’s corporate communication materials such as press releases, speeches, articles and brochures etc;
• Provide support to the production of marketing collaterals, working closely with design; houses, advertising agencies and other printing production companies in the scope of budget and media planning and handling, tasks co-ordination, quotation bargaining and jobs monitoring;
• Monitor media coverage, exploring new opportunities for media collaboration and networking for promoting corporate image

Requirement

• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or in a related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years’ working experience, preferably in events management, marketing and/or corporate communications. Experience in arts sector will be an asset;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluent Putonghua an advantage;
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills, eye for detail and sharp analytical skills
• Mature, strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.  Knowledge in graphic software and production is a plus

Remuneration Package

Remuneration package commensurate with Candidate’s qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include annual leave, MPF and medical insurance
