Job Description: 

Team Administration

• Support Marketing Manager/Assistant Marketing Manager to perform global coordination, administrative and finance support
• Coordinate with Marketing Finance to facilitate budget request process
• Review budget request documentation
• File and maintain all campaign assets, finance documents, contracts and policies
• Compile and consolidate reports when required
• Maintain organized files, records, and detailed departmental data on a regular basis 

Project Management

• Support in global joint promotions
• Assist in GWP sourcing for global campaigns (identify quailed vendors, review cost and production constraints etc.)
• Verify editorial content for various marketing communication channels 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree is preferred, open to undergraduates
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Strong number sense, good analytical skills with attention to detail
• Good English communication and written skills
• Proactive with can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate available preferred
