The Associate Creative Director will make designs and have the portfolio to support it. A designer with a knack for marketing. Like an entrepreneur, the role is to manager projects, people and client expectations. Provides forward- thinking creative leadership and inspire creative collaboration within the team. With a trained eye on challenging the status quo, the Associate Creative Director will continually engaged in delivering outstanding work on projects large and small, from web engagements to display advertising and internal promotions to external presentations. Equally comfortable leading a team of designers, presenting to clients, and defining strategy, will get to keep creative muscles flexed as this role will personally create and design for the organization’s ever expanding list of Fortune 500 clients having a killer, award-winning, re-defining “how did they do that” reaction to describe this role’s management skills in addition to the expectation of being cool, calm and organized.

• 4-year degree in a related field
• At least 4 years work experience in the related field is required
• 6+ years in progressively challenging roles in an interactive, design, or advertising agency
• Proven success in online and offline media delivered in an impressive portfolio of work (electronic submission or URL preferred)
• Consistent display of interest and involvement in the industry. Applicants are encouraged to include links/references to relevant activities that help round out their experience and interests. These references could be participation in or utilization of online communities, forums, blogs, ezines, contests, and/or personal projects
• Expert capabilities in website design and user interface information architecture implementation
• Extensive experience implementing web design best practices and highly intuitive visual design techniques
• Understanding of capabilities and restrictions of selected technologies in the online space (HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, Flash)
• Read, write and speak English, Tagalog/Cantonese/Mandarin/Japanese/Korean is an advantage
