Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints in a professional and prompt manner
- Collect feedback and suggestion from customers and escalate to the next level for continual improvement
- To coordinate with other departments to resolve customer problems
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in handling enquires and complaints
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently
- Good PC knowledge in MS office and Chinese word processing
- Immediate availability is preferable
