Responsibilities:

• Daily follow up with factories/forwarders/overseas on PO/booking/shipment/warehouse arrangement
• Handle daily invoicing and maintain the data integrity in systems
• Prepare shipping document per company policy/customer requirements
• Manage shipment schedules and document accuracy
• Assist in prepare weekly/monthly and/or ad-hoc report
• Assist to implement and enhance the shipping practices and procedures
• Any ad-hoc projects assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Diploma or Above in Supply Chain/Logistics or other related major
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in International Logistics/ Warehouse environment
• Familiar with import/export procedure (Both sea & air) & documentation
• Experience in ERP System – SAP/Oracle/AS400
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both oral and written)
• Proficiency in MS office, especially in MS Excel and Chinese word processing
• Can work independently, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available or short notice will be advantaged
