Job Description

  • Formulate & execute training strategies and plans that are aligned with business strategies and organizational objectives
  • Design, develop & implement training initiatives & development programs to achieve business objectives
  • Facilitate & manage all aspects of training initiatives & development programs in partnership with store & field managers (DOps, ROMs & SMs) to ensure effective and consistent implementation of training & development curriculum at store level
  • Work with the NOPM/ROPM, ROMs and informal field trainers to ensure world class standards of training delivery
  • Monitor & review current training & development programs, modify & refine the content where appropriate in response to the market changing needs
  • Responsible for training results evaluation by using different approaches to track training impact & effectiveness
  • Conduct needs assessment & performance gap analyses and provide guidance & recommendations to the store & field managers (DOps, ROMs & SMs) to facilitate achievement of business objectives
  • Establish training management system and related regulation and conducts research on training expenses to prepare and control overall training and development budgets
  • Implement Management Development training courses to develop and enhance competency and performance of store & field managers (DOps, ROMs & SMs) to act and supervise the daily operations and contribute to an effective frontline team aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization
  • Evaluate performance of training participants and develop Individual Development Plan in collaboration with the store & field managers (DOps, ROMs & SMs) to map out future training needs and staff development programs

 

Requirement

  • Bachelors degree or above in Training, Human Resources or related  disciplines experience:
  • Proven track record of 5-8 years of solid hands-on training & development experience in program design & delivery preferably in retail service industry within multinational organizations
  • At least 4 years managerial experience
  • Demonstrated skills & knowledge in training, coaching & adult learning
  • Retail service experience is highly preferred
  • Overseas exposure is highly desirable
  • Traveling is required.
