Purpose

• Accelerate the market focus and write Specifications for our Door Solutions 
• Expand our business in Commercial, Institutional projects 
• Expand our business focus in New Built projects, Renovations and Maintenance & Service contracts
• Support and strengthen the capabilities of our Sales team overall
  
  
  

Major Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop specifications with architects, designers and consultants
• Identify new projects, prepare quotations, tender documentation and follow thru until successful order entry and implementation
• Achieve agreed sales targets with assigned projects and customers
• Build-up and grow the network and relationship with key partners and customers, particularly architects, designers and contractors
• Closely cooperate with our Sales and Technical team members
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Outstanding sales attitude
• Aggressive, self-motivated & able to work independently and under pressure 
• At least 2-3 years sales experience in Automatic Doors, Security Gates, Electro-Mechanical / Industrial products and / or Building Materials in general
• Strong network with architects, designers, consultants and contractors is an advantage
• Knowledge in Automatic doors and/or one of our other product categories is an advantage
• Strong proven sales track records with technical projects and solutions 
• Sound knowledge of related technology and industry trends. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skill 
• Good command of Cantonese and English
