Job Description
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL BANKING
Proposition Manager, Investment
The incumbent will be responsible for developing and delivering the investment proposition for corporate and commercial banking business. He/She will formulate and implement business strategies and sales/marketing initiatives to drive the growth of corporate investment services and coordinate the launch of investment products and proposition across different channels to achieve the business targets. He/She will also need to keep abreast of the market trend and regulatory requirements to ensure the full compliance of external and internal controls, and review and reengineer procedures and processes to continuously uplift the cost effectiveness and business efficiency.
Requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline

Minimum of five years’ relevant experience in corporate investment services, with exposure to product and proposition development

Good project management, communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of application software
