Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Able to handle full sets of export shipping documentation and operations
- Communicate with customers / overseas agents / carriers / warehouse to ensure a smooth process
- Handle full set of I/E & LC documents are preferable
- Responsible for custom declaration / data input & filing
- Follow up on shipment booking & scheduling
- To support any ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- 2 years relevant experience in sea freight operations / freight forwarding industry
- Good PC skill in usage of MS office
- Mature, self- motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Good command in spoken English and Mandarin will be an advantage
- Immediately available is preferable
