Responsibilities

• Handle general sales processing and clerical work.
• Contact clients and follow-up sales status.
• Responsible for handling invoice & packing list
• Maintain office storage
• Coordinate stock distribution with internal & external parties
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• 1 to 2 years' solid experience in performing clerical duties
• Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing, AutoCAD or any system in advanced
• Positive, willing to learn & take up other supporting duties of the department
• Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, flexible & detail-minded
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure & independent, well-organized & a good team player
• May be required to work outdoor or irregular hours
