The incumbent will assist the Assistant Manager to provide administrative services to the operation, coordinate staff training, perform back-up receptionist duties and handle staff administration as well as different ad hoc projects.

• Completion of secondary education or above
• At least 3 to 4 years solid administrative experience preferably with some HR experiences
• Handle general office administration, purchase/ maintenance of office equipment and supplies
• Handle staff functions and training co-ordination
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, detail-minded and is able to work under pressure
• Proficient in computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Chinese Word)
