Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing HK and Global futures & option settlement
• Responsible for trade processing and settlement function of investment products
• Perform compliance and risk management on transactions
• Follow up confirmation, payments, fund transfer, chasing and matching
• Prepare contract notes/statements for clients’ transaction
• Input, store and update relevant transaction data and information
• Handle post-trade processing
• Participate in ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in securities and derivatives settlements
• Good knowledge in HK & Global futures settlement
• E-sunny settlement system experience is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua Good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Immediate preferable
