Roles

• User research activities to understand consumer needs, opportunities and pain points and to continually inform an iterative design and discovery process.
• Create visual artifacts to articulate, inform and validate ideas (system flow, prototypes, wireframes, sketches, journey maps, personas, etc.).
• Working in conjunctive with UI designer to design innovation user interfaces and interaction styles which result in improved user productivity.
• Analyzing user behaviour snd conducting usability testing.

Skills

• Expert in information architecture and will take into account the short-term and long-term vision of our product.
• Strong visual design sense and software design communication skills (ability to communicate one’s ideas through design).
• Experience in conducting of usability testing.
• Ability to brainstorm well with team members and give and take constructive feedback.
• Motivated as a team player, creative, good inter-personal skills. Independent self-motivated, Good presentation skills, attention to detail and can follow through the project from end-to-end.

Qualification

• 3+ years solid/proven experiences for both web and mobile
• Degree or above in Human-computer, Interactive, Psychology or related disciplines
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• A link or PDF to a portfolio
