Duties

• Properly record and handle:  
• all goods entering the storerooms by checking supplies’ invoices, purchase orders, grocery lists, etc.   
• all goods leaving the storeroom in accordance with authorized requisitions, using the method of FIFO basis for both physical issues and accounting purposes
• Maintain inventory at the established par level or minimum required stock
• Keep storerooms clean, orderly and properly locked and supervised
• Perform inventory taking periodically, accompanied by F&B Control / Accounting department
• Prepare purchase requisitions for replenishment of stocks
• Frequent checking of the storerooms’ temperature
• Perform other duties that the supervisor requires from time to time
  
  

Requirements

• Good knowledge of F&B items and other Hotel supplies
• At least one year experience in related Store-keeping work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
